Online Order
Please read the product descriptions, product measurement product color and product picture carefully before making your order at http://www.peace.my
You will be able to make your selection based on the available size with color(s) for individual product. The models will show casting the exact fashions and color that you will be received if you making online order with us since all products displayed in the http://www.peace.my are produced by our factory only.
However, the color of the products displayed at http://www.peace.my may slightly different from the actual product colors due to the angle and lighting of the products during photo shooting or the display unit configuration. The color of the product will be different when viewed with the different LCD.
You are not allowed to select the color/fashion if the product color/fashion was labeled as “Random Distribution Only”. You are advised to write your prefer color/fashion in the order sheet. We will try our very best to fulfill your request while stock last. We will distribute randomly without any further notice if there are no options can be requested. We apologize if your request was not met.
You are not allowed to select the size of the product if the product measurement was marked as “Free Size”. “Free Size” is also known as “One Size Fits All” which appropriate to the measurement among S, M and L. You are advised to refer to the measurement specific of the product before making your order. Please ensure that if any of the measurement is 100% smaller than usual which means some of the size was measured from one side only. Please double the measurement to get the full circumference measurements.
You are advised not to imagine the outcome based on the model picture without referring to the product colors and measurements. Please take the actual product as the final expectation.
You are advised to treat your newly received clothes separately when you assign the first laundry especially for dark color clothing. Most of the products at http://www.peace.my does not undergo with the laundering care test.
All products displayed at http://www.peace.my are 100% genuine and produced by our factory. The products are displayed and distributed to you will be the same batch of the production or at very least the exact same fashions which undergone the same QC as the ones that the models are wearing for their photo shooting session.

Shipping Policy
You are entitled to FREE express shipping throughout Peninsular Malaysia with the minimum purchase of RM100 within a single order only. The shipping charges will be automatically waived during your checkout process for all qualifying orders.
All orders at http://www.peace.my will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day. Our system will send an email to you with the information of your order. You will able to check your order status and parcel tracking number from http://www.peace.my for your order as per shipping schedule. You may trace the parcel on a real time basis at http://www.poslaju.com.my
We may deliver to a workplace or residential address, whichever is the most convenient for you. But we are unable to deliver to any P.O. Box address, as the representative of the courier company shall requires the recipient to sign for the parcel. You may change to the most appropriated delivery address during the checkout process.
If you make an order from abroad, make sure you assign a local shipping address in order for us to dispatch your parcel to you. We are unable to deliver to outside of Malaysia.
We will begin the packaging process of customer order at 12:00pm every working day. If you make an order and the payment has been settled before 11:00am, your parcel will be dispatch on the same day as the payment date. Otherwise, your order will be process and dispatch next working day. We reserved the right to delay or suspend delivery of your order without prior notice due to technical, resource or weather problems.

Product Exchange

Goods Exchange Policy

We provide 100% exchange warranty on all products you have purchased. To make your shopping process and enjoyable experience and our return process are made to be hassle-free.

The goods exchange warranty is valid for 7 days after the order was shipped by us.

If the received goods are damaged or incorrect, please submit your complaints to us within 7 days from the date of shipping. Complaints made after this period will not be entertained.

All ordered goods will be scan through the quality inspection before sending to our customer. All quality inspection will be marked with a quality card. Our quality inspection is based on the level of product quality. If you need to exchange the product of your order, you are required to visit to the nearest Peace Collections outlet store with the “Return Merchandise Authorization Letter (RMA)” which issued by us.

Make sure the exchange goods in the best condition and remain their original packaging with the quality cards, product tags and complete accessories of the product if any. Please ensure there are no defects on the surface of the product, torn, stain, altered, scratches, perfumes, damaged cause during shipping, no changes in color and has not been washed. Requests for goods exchange with above reasons will not be accepted.

Once we have received your goods exchange request, we will reply to you within 24 hours with a“Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA). You may go ahead to the nearest Peace Collections outlet store with the “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) to process with the good exchange.


Important Note:

For hygiene purposes, the products marked with “Not Returnable” at the back of the product name is not allowed to exchange or return unless the product remained in its original packaging before opening. If the reason of returning for the product is defective or incomplete which is rarely happen as we guarantee every product quality inspection before shipping. If this happen, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and we will not arrange for an exchange.

We always ensure that any product shipped to the customer will be checked with the perfection ofquality inspection and no defects. Damaged or lost of your ordered goods cause by thenon-representative of the shipping company will not responsible by us due to it is beyond our control.

If the product is unsuitable for goods exchange or return upon inspection, we reserve the rights to refuse the acceptance of the said exchange or return goods and we will notify you with the specific reason if the event occurs.
